Well it’s been a long, but adventure filled week here in Aspen with the Maverick Business Adventures crew… From having dinner with Lance Armstrong, to white-water rafting the Arkansas, to networking with some of the biggest names in the online marketing world… It was definitely a trip to remember, and I count myself as blessed to have such amazing opportunities.

Now all of the crazy outdoor activities aside, getting to know the people in this group was an adventure in itself…On one hand, we’re as diverse and different as can be… You’ve got real-estate billionaires, former NFL players, internet marketers, the work-at-home mom, the furniture manufacturer, and the affiliate marketer who spends $100,000 PER DAY on Google Adwords…Yet after spending a week with these incredible people, and hearing their stories, you can’t help but see passed these differences and focus on the one thing we all have in common.Basically… It’s a sick sense of over-whelming, “the world can’t tell me what I can, or cannot do”, desire.In other words, we’re all stubborn as hell. We don’t take ‘no’ for an answer, and we never, EVER, make excuses.

I know you were probably expecting something a bit deeper, but what can I say… Desire and persistence beat out knowledge every time.

Considering this is the one trait we all share, it can be assumed that it’s the one trait YOU must have as well if you want to accomplish your goals in life, and as an entrepreneur.

As the famous sayings go, talk is cheap, and victory requires great sacrifice.
