I have been researching and learning. I wanted to get started to see whst I could do. I had decided yesterday to FOCUS on Mike Dillard. He reinforced that in this interview. It is very powerful to know who you are going to promote when you have not personally. I wanted to make sure my ethics were not compromised. As I researched I had developed certain criteria that had to be met. Mike was at the top of the list before I watched this and even more so now. What a good interview.
